Comprehensive solution. Ektaco offers an integrated solution for selling tickets at the cash register as well as on your web site, and the same ticket allows customers to enter your museum or centre. You can sell souvenirs in your shop and food and drinks in your café, or provide catering services for hosted events.

Access control. With Ektaco’s POS system linked to access control your customers can conveniently pass through the gates and doors in your museum or centre using a ticket or wristband purchased at the POS, self-service cash register, or your web site. This way you don’t need to hire staff to check the tickets. Access can be controlled by means of various gates, doors and turnstiles.

Statistics. The POS system allows you to easily collect visitor information like total number, nationality, age, etc. The system will compile consolidated reports.

Self-service cash registers. The self-service cash register with an easy to use and convenient user interface allows selling tickets to speed up service during rush hours. The self-service solution is a great addition for cafés or diners as well. You can sell either by item or weight. The self-service terminal can communicate with your customers in the language of their choice: Estonian, Russian, English or Finnish.

Gift cards and loyalty cards. You can offer gift cards and use CompuCash to monitor and analyse usage. Further, you can offer loyalty cards or register loyal customers using their ID card. The CompuCash POS system allows using loyalty cards that collect bonus points and provide related discounts. Information on loyal customers is easy to manage and your marketing division can use the CRM module to conduct campaigns or make targeted offers.

Online ticketing. We will equip your web site with a solution for buying tickets online to boost your sales. Tickets purchased online (whether printed or on smartphone screen) allow your customers to enter your museum or centre without having to visit the cash register because our POS system is linked to access control.
