CompuCash offers
The CompuCash POS system is ideal for entertainment centres with a variety of specific needs.
- CompuCash is used at Super Skypark for ticket sales where it is combined with an integrated access control system supplied by Ektaco. Customers get a bar code ticket or a wristband with a QR code that allows access. There is no need to hire staff to check tickets upon entry.
- Super Skypark uses gift cards with a unique code generated by the CompuCash POS system that can be validated when using the service. Comprehensive reports include the sale and redemption of gift cards.
- CompuCash is used in the science shop where most goods are equipped with a bar code.
- The POS system is linked to payment terminals to ensure swift service and reduce errors.
- CompuCash combined with a call system is used in the café. Once the food is ready, the customer is notified and can then exchange the pager for his/her order. This speeds up service and reduces labour costs.
- The POS system is linked to video surveillance to allow rapid and impartial handling on potential incidents.
