Comprehensive solution. Ektaco offers an integrated solution for selling tickets at the cash register as well as on your web site, and the same ticket allows customers to enter your museum or centre. Loyalty card app. A completely autonomous self-service sports club needs a custom-made app from Ektaco that allows your loyal customers to open the proper door at the club (customers are identified using a GPS or mobile phone signal) and the indoor turnstile. Further, the app allows customers to book group training sessions and print the relevant QR code ticket on site.

“Our partnership with Ektaco that began last year at the Guns N’ Roses concert continued smoothly this year with the Bon Jovi concert at the Tallinn Song Festival Ground. Ektaco's team was very professional and everything was well organised. They produced a solid result given that the app was completed just a few weeks before the concert and “survived” such a large event. It is true that certain bottlenecks were identified during the concert and the new POS system requires some improvement. However, Ektaco promised to act on our feedback and supply an enhanced version of CompuCash for the Metallica concert to be held at Raadi Airfield in July. The new POS system uses Android tablets to ensure quick setup and provide the necessary mobility.”
